Marina joined Marts&Lundy Canada (formerly Offord Group) as an Associate Consultant in 2019. She was promoted to Consultant in 2022 after demonstrating effective leadership of Canadian client engagements in healthcare, education, arts and social services. Her experience as a consultant also extends to American higher education institutions.

As a well-rounded development expert, she has a solid grasp of best practices in major giving and pipeline management, annual giving, case for support development, strategic planning and campaign planning. Her experience has ranged from helping small Toronto-based charities build capacity, to collaborating on large-scale advancement planning for U.S. universities going into campaign.

Prior to working at Marts&Lundy, Marina spent 10 years as a development professional. In her previous role at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Marina cultivated and solicited major gift donors, designed and implemented the organization’s inaugural annual campaign, and planned several fundraising events. She also worked at Jewish Family & Child Service, where she started and grew development and operational initiatives.

Marina co-chairs Marts&Lundy’s Client Diversification Initiative, which provides pro-bono and subsidized assistance to nonprofits on the frontlines of social justice, and serves on the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.  Outside of the firm, she sits on the board of directors for Mercer Union, a centre for contemporary art, and is a volunteer application assessor for the Loran Scholarship Foundation.
