Kate joined Marts & Lundy as a senior consultant in 2000 with more than 25 years’ experience as a chief development officer. She has experience in settings that encompass higher education, arts, culture and independent schools, including: Alverno College and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (WI), President Washington’s Historic Mount Vernon (VA) and St Paul’s School (NH).

Kate moved to Of Counsel in 2016. During her tenure at Marts & Lundy, Kate has served both on the firm’s Management Team and its Board of Directors, having been elected in 2003 and for a second term in 2012. She was also a member of the Finance and Governance Committees. Her work with Marts & Lundy has included a diverse range of clients in arts and culture and higher and secondary education. In addition to her consulting in fundraising and campaign execution, Kate serves the firm with her practice in strategic planning.

She is an active member of CASE and the American Association of University Women and has served on the executive board of the Association of Fundraising Professional (Midwest) and on the advisory council of the Foundation for the American Board Schools in Turkey (FABSIT).
