Charlie joined Marts & Lundy in 1986 after 13 years in various development positions at Yale University. Over the past 30 years, Charlie has worked with a broad range of schools, colleges and nonprofit institutions in the west, focusing primarily on capital campaigns. His past clients include:  The San Francisco Opera House Renovation Project, Sierra Club, The Nature Conservancy, University of the Pacific, the New Main Library in San Francisco, and many independent schools and other non-profit organizations.

He has served the Firm as a member of the Board of Directors and as President of Marts & Lundy from 1999 to 2006.
