In 2001, Droslyn joined Marts & Lundy following a twenty year career in development and administrative management. Before joining the firm, she spent 12 years at Cathedral School for Boys in San Francisco, the last six years as Director of Development. Prior to Cathedral, she served for four years as Development & Public Information Administrator for The San Francisco Education Fund. Originally hired to assist our west coast consultants in better serving our clients, her responsibilities have expanded to include direct client work and firm-wide consultant service. She is a member of Marts & Lundy’s Schools Practice Group, which is made up of consultants whose client bases are primarily independent schools. In 2006 Droslyn was appointed corporate secretary for the firm. She has been a presenter at both National Association of Independent Schools and Alumni Program Council conferences and has been a volunteer for the Antioch Animal Shelter, Richmond Kiwanis and the Richmond Unified School District.
