Sarah joined Marts & Lundy in January 2016 as a consultant after working for 10 years with Ford & Associates, an Atlanta-based consulting firm specializing in education. During her time at Ford & Associates, Sarah completed a number of feasibility studies that were crafted to assess perceptions of donors and their willingness and capacity to support priorities being identified for a fundraising campaign. In addition, she provided general development counsel, assessed and developed strategies for annual giving and alumni initiatives, conducted assessments of the development program, office retreats, and assisted with executive searches.
Before joining Ford & Associates, Sarah worked as the Director of Development at Holy Innocents Episcopal School (HIES), overseeing the Annual Fund, Parents Program and Public Relations departments. Preceding her work with HIES, she spent six years as the Annual Fund Director at Agnes Scott College.
Sarah served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Shakespeare Tavern and for Dunwoody Stage Door Players. She volunteered with the Alliance Theatre Institute for Artists and Educators for seven years, was a member of Black Knight Productions Public Relations Committee and served as Faculty Advisor at Agnes Scott College.
Sarah is active in the Atlanta theatre community as both an actor and volunteer. She serves on the Executive Board of the PTA, is an avid reader, and a passionate advocate for the arts in underprivileged communities.
