As a former university leader, Fran embraced the entrepreneurial spirit and built successful programs by leading a diverse group of people toward unified success. She is committed to developing the power of authentic leadership in others. Marts & Lundy is pleased to add her expertise to our Of Counsel consulting group.

Fourteen years of service and success as Vice President for Advancement at the University of Dayton (1993 – 2007) brought Fran to a position where she could move forward — beyond the boundaries of one institution — to begin her calling to transform lives and organizations across the country.

Building on her experience and passion, Fran launched Fran Evans Coaching in 2009 to impact more lives. She has become an immediate leader in dynamic executive and leadership coaching. Through compassionate listening and guided inquiry, Fran develops individualized coaching programs that achieve outcome-based leadership competencies. These are measurable competencies that include improving authentic communication ability, leadership presence, team building and change management.

Fran's work with established and emerging leaders develops individuals and teams better adapted to lead for organizational effectiveness and transformation. Formally trained and certified through the renowned New Ventures West Institute, Fran's integral coaching approach has attracted clients from organizations such as Stanford University, Drake University and Hewlett-Packard. She has also guided individuals — successful entrepreneurs and solo practitioners — in professions as diverse as the beauty, legal, and health and wellness fields.
