Tina Donahoo

Senior Analyst

Professional Experience

Tina joined Marts & Lundy in 2004 as an analyst in our Analytical Solutions Group. She has extensive experience in policy research and analysis, project management, and community relations.

Tina's previous experience includes work as a lead telecommunications analyst with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, where she provided analysis and recommendations to Commissioners on major telecommunications policy issues within the Texas marketplace. While at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, Tina focused her thesis on the quantitative analysis of a technology training program for a community development organization. Prior to graduate school, Tina was the marketing coordinator for the IC2 Institute at The University of Texas at Austin.

Tina has also been a legislative analyst for a consulting firm in Texas, and a government relations manager for a wireless trade association in Washington, DC. Tina has been involved in numerous volunteer efforts, including Austin Free-net, Make-A-Wish and Meals-on-Wheels.
